I coach because one of my greatest joys in life is witnessing and experiencing people’s transformation. Seeing people like you step into their leadership and purpose ignites a passion in my soul and invites me to intentionally share my gifts.

We must continually commit ourselves to confronting and undoing racism. As someone who is radically committed to living out my joyful purpose, I want to be a part of experiencing the fullness of my humanity and support those who want to do the same.

Black Lives Matter is a consistent call to action! Mi gente, how are we building world where Black lives actually matter? How are we transforming our systems, institutions, workplaces, schools and so much more to honor the sacredness of Black life? And more importantly, how are we transforming ourselves?
